About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Restaurant Experience Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the seamless execution of our dining events, ensuring a top-notch experience for participants while maintaining strong relationships with partner restaurants. Your creativity, organizational skills, and enthusiasm will help drive the success of our mission to connect people through unforgettable dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with partner restaurants to curate unique dining experiences.
Oversee the execution of weekly dining events, ensuring exceptional service and smooth operations.
Coordinate with restaurants to plan seating arrangements, menus, and ambiance tailored to the DineMates concept.
Train and guide restaurant staff on event expectations and guest interaction.
Address guest feedback and resolve any issues to ensure a positive experience.
Monitor and maintain quality standards across all dining events in Astana.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to promote events and enhance customer satisfaction.
Analyze event performance data and suggest improvements to optimize future experiences.

Requirements
Proven experience in hospitality, event management, or restaurant operations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Kazakh (Russian is a plus).
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Astana's restaurant scene is a significant advantage.
Passion for creating exceptional dining experiences and connecting people.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with event management tools.
