About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Partnership Development Specialist to join our Azerbaijan team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with partner restaurants and other businesses, ensuring the successful expansion of DineMates' presence in Baku and beyond. If you’re skilled in negotiation and passionate about creating meaningful collaborations, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Identify and establish partnerships with local restaurants, cafes, and hospitality venues aligned with DineMates’ vision.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and collaboration.
Negotiate partnership agreements, terms, and conditions that benefit all parties.
Work closely with restaurant managers to ensure smooth event execution and a consistent user experience.
Conduct market research to identify potential partners and opportunities for expansion.
Represent DineMates at local networking events and industry conferences to build connections.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and improve partner engagement.
Track partnership performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or sales.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Strong communication skills in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is a plus).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple relationships effectively.
Knowledge of the local restaurant and hospitality market is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel locally as needed.
